Ingredients:

  • Chickpea flour
  • Soya milk
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Seeds

Method:

  1. Pour a couple of cups of flour into a bowl, mix with a few tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well.
  2. Add soya milk in small quantities, stirring it in well. If it becomes too runny, add more flour. It should be a doughy consistency.
  3. Pour into a greased baking tray, and sprinkle with seeds.
  4. Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
