            <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients:</p><ul><li>Chickpea flour</li><li>Soya milk</li><li>Olive oil</li><li>Sea salt</li><li>Seeds<br /></li></ul><p>Method:</p><ol><li>Pour a couple of cups of flour into a bowl, mix with a few tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well. <br /></li><li>Add soya milk in small quantities, stirring it in well. If it becomes too runny, add more flour. It should be a doughy consistency.</li><li>Pour into a greased baking tray, and sprinkle with seeds.</li><li>Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.<br /></li></ol>]]></description>
