Ingredients:
- Chickpea flour
- Soya milk
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Seeds
Method:
- Pour a couple of cups of flour into a bowl, mix with a few tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well.
- Add soya milk in small quantities, stirring it in well. If it becomes too runny, add more flour. It should be a doughy consistency.
- Pour into a greased baking tray, and sprinkle with seeds.
- Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
